She was born on 15 Dec 1709 and christened on 28 Dec 1709 at Charles Church, Charles Parish, York County, Virginia. [1] She was the daughter of Elizabeth and John Chapman. [2] [3]

By 1726 Elizabeth Chapman had first married to Edmund Chisman or Chisam.

Elizabeth married secondly after 1735 to James Goodwin, widower of Diana Chisman.

She made her last Will on 02 Aug 1780 and it was in the probate court of York County, Virginia on 17 June 1782.

Chapman-18539 and Chapman-5306 are not ready to be merged because: Lots of clean up needs to be done on Chapman-18539: 1) Martha is not a child; 2) sister [half?] needs to be verified and merged if verified and all that information will need to be corrected; 3) wrong death date throwing into question whether this might even be the same person because of the other conflicting information.
