Just the name of the birthplace of James Eddy CHAPPELL. It is spelled "Mill Creek" the area and the creek were named for a "Mill" erected on the stream. I have lived in Mill Creek area for 25 years and even attended Skyline High School where the Mill Creek stream runs by.
