Biography
Eugene C Charles was born about 1898 the son of Eugene Charles and Annie Grant.
He was living in the household of Glover F Clark when the 1940 US Census was taken for Birch Creek, Halifax, Virginia. He was a 38 year old single male, who had completed 7th grade. No occupation was listed for him but he was living on Glover Clark's farm. He gave the info that he had worked 10 weeks in 1939 and his salary or wage had been $350
He married Frances Clark on 27 Jan 1946.
Eugene Cabell Charles died on 16 Sep 1970 in South Boston, Halifax, Virginia. He was 74 years old.
