Biography
When Ambrose Chase was born on 18 July 1778, in Sutton, Worcester, Massachusetts, United States, his father, Abel Chase, was 27 and his mother, Elizabeth Elliot, was 25.
He married Sarah Sally Sherman on 13 March 1798. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 1 daughter. He died on 9 October 1834, in Fletcher, Franklin, Vermont, United States, at the age of 56, and was buried in Pioneer Cemetery, Fletcher, Franklin, Vermont, United States.
