Biography

Joseph Chase was born in Newbury, Essex County, Massachusetts March 25, 1677. He was the son of Aquila Chase and Esther Bond Chase.[1] [2][3]

Joseph was married in Newbury November 8, 1699 to Abigail Thurston, daughter of Daniel Thurston and Anne (or Anna) Pell Thurston.[4][2] [3][5]

The family removed to Littleton, in Middlesex County, Massachusetts in 1726.[3] [5]

Joseph Chase died in Littleton about 1763.[2]"[3][5]
