Biography
Junior was a dwarf. He couldn't talk plain. He was short but his arms and legs were normal length. His head was too large. He was very smart though lots of people thought he was retarded because of the way he talked. Junior was the light of our family and it broke our hearts when he died after being sick just a few days. The doctor said he died from pneumonia. One time daddy was laying bricks and sent Jr in the house out of his way. Jr collected some rocks, pulled a chair up to the kitchen cabinet and proceeded to lay them using mayonnaise for mortar. He loved seeing the Christmas lights strung downtown and also Christmas trees. The last Christmas tree he saw was one that daddy put a device on that made the lights flash. He didn't like it so he took it off and hid it. After he died Mama found it hidden in a crack between the wall and the floor.
