Sarah CHATFIELD "Sally" was born Aug. 28, 1788, in Oxford, New Haven County, Connecticut. ^[1][2][3] She was the daughter of Daniel Chatfield and Elizabeth Whitmore.

Sarah married Lemuel Summers about 1830.

Sarah died 4 8 Jan 1873 in Oxford New Haven Co. Connecticut, United States and was buried ^[4] in Huntington Burial Grounds, Shelton, Fairfield Co., Connecticut, United States. ^[5]
