Sarah "Sabra" Chesebrough^[1], born 23 Nov 1777 at Stonington, Connecticut, was the eighth child of Submit (Palmer) and Samuel Chesebrough.

She married 28 Nov 1799 Charles Phillips of Plainfield, Connecticut.
