After the death of his first wife, Elisha married second, about 1762, Mrs. Mary (Palmer) Picot, widow of (unknown) Picot. Their children may have been:
Nehemiah Chesebrough, b. about 1765
Malvina Chesebrough, b. about 1766
Elisha Chesebrough was a Corporal in Captain William's Company under command of Lieutenant Colonel Nathan Gallup and was stationed at Fort Griswold, Connecticut.
Elisha died on 1 July 1779 and was buried in High Point Cemetery, Altamont, Albany County, New York, United States [4].
