This looks very like a confusion with the Lucy listed as Mercia-45, with a false identification of de Roumare with de Rumilly. Is there even any evidence that Robert FitzRainfred de Rumilly even had a wife called Lucy? The association of birth in Spalding, the supposed surname 'of Chester', and death in 1139 are just too much of a co-incidence.
