Biography

Martha Chick was born on 25 July 1785 in Berwick, Maine. Her parents were Joseph Chick and Lydia (Randall) Chick^[1].

She married Gardner Alden on 25 April 1822 in Gorham, Maine^[2]. They had two children^[3]:

1. Henry, born 20 May 1823; married Rachel Ann Carll

2. Clarissa, born 20 May 1823

Martha passed away on 11 February 1849 in Gorham^[4] and is buried in Eastern Cemetery.
