On 2 October 1907 Edith Eileen Childs was born in Wellington to Percy Childs and Lily Holmes. ^[1]

On December 6 1935, Edith Eileen Childs (27, shop assistant, daughter of a bricklayer Percy Childs) and John Nathan, 29, window dresser, son of John, deceased) were married at St Barnabas, Epsom, England. Her father Percy E. Childs was a witness.

On 22 January 1937 their son John Barry (1937-1988) was born in Epsom.

In the 1938 electoral roll John and Edith were in 2 Manor Green Rd East, Court Farm Gardens, Surrey. ^[2]

In June 1993 she passed away in Northern Surrey, aged 85. ^[3]
