Barbara Cholmondley married Sir Thomas Belasyse, 1st Baron & Viscount Fauconberg, 2nd Baronet, son of Sir Henry Belasyse, 1st Baronet and Ursula Fairfax, circa 1600.
Barbara Cholmley is the daughter of Henry Cholmeley and Margaret Babthorpe.
Barbara married Thomas Belasyse, Viscount Fauconberg, an ardent Royalist during the Civil War. They had seven children.
Barbara Cholmondley died on 28 February 1619. She was buried on 7 March 1619 at Coxwold, Yorkshire, England.
