Biography
Jennet, daughter of Joseph and Mary (Green) Chrisman, was born in 1806 in Fayette County, Kentucky. She was the sister of Isaac, John, Margaret, Minerva Mary, Patterson, Abraham, and Keziah. Jennet married her cousin, Jefferson Chrisman, on December 24, 1827, in Kentucky. Their children were Henry and Benjamin, both born in Lexington, Kentucky. The family moved to Illinois in 1868, settling in McLean County.
