Biography
Frances was born in 1861. She is the daughter of George Chrisman and Amanda Cox.
She married William Jason Phelps on 11 December 1892 in Montgomery County, Indiana. [1]
They had twin daughters who died at the age of 1 year on 6 April 1900. Frances died the next day, on April 7, 1900. All are buried in the same casket at the IOOF Cemetery in Darlington, IN.[2]
