Biography
Karl grew up and attended high school in Tooele, Utah. He went on to earn his Bachelors Degree at Utah State University. Karl had a great sense of humor that he enjoyed sharing with family and friends. Karl's love of sports (boating, golf, wrestling, motorcycles and racketball) drove him to become a wrestling coach in Ogden. After teaching high school math, he went to work for Hughes Aircraft where he worked on a missile launching systems for tanks. Afterwards, Karl moved on to work for Eaton Kenway where he designed and programmed automated warehouses.
Karl is survived by his wife Patricia; stepchildren Brett (Penny) Cassell; Patrick (Kathy) Cassell; Patrick (Jeneil) Williams; a brother Fred (Karla) Christensen; sisters Virginia Danner and Evelyn Asmus; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents Owen and Louise Christensen; son Samuel Christensen and daughter Tracy Hofheins.
