Biography
Alphonso was born in 1846. He was the son of Thursday Christian and Mary Young. He passed away in 1921.
Alphonso was amongst the second wave of Pitcairner returneers from Norfolk Island in 1864. He and Wailter Fisher Young were thrown from the longboat while conducting a landing in 1921, and their bodies were crushed. They died soon after being taken home.[1]
