Biography
Bill was born in 1968. He was adopted by Jim and Ann Christie when he was three months old. He lost his mother when he was five.
He attended Dalhousie University but wasn't doing well. Sadly, he was diagnosed with schizophrenia.
He passed away in 1990. He is buried at Rosemount Memorial Gardens, Springville, Peterborough County, Ontario, Canada.
