Biography
Dennis was born in Grand Forks County, North Dakota on 29 November 1947 the son of Wendell Christopher and Bertha Olmstead.
He served in the US Navy from 1967 to 1971.
He married Diane Johnson and they had two children.
Dennis died 30 November 2018 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is buried at the Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis. [1]
Obituary
Died on November 30, 2018. Born in Grand Forks, ND on November 29, 1947 and raised on the family farm in Breckenridge, MN. Proud Navy Veteran serving aboard the USS King from 1967-1971. Dennis spent his life supporting his entire family and being a true entrepreneur. Starting with Cleenco, then Carpetmaster and finishing with the successful Logomotion Embroidery, Dennis was always willing to work hard... when he was not riding his Harley in Sturgis or Death Valley. Dennis is preceded in death by his father, Wendell, mother, Bertha and his brother Ray as well as his dog and sidekick, Gypsy Rose.[2]
