Biography

Joanna was born in 1814. She died in 1867, age 53. She is buried in Union Hill Cemetery, Webster, Monroe, New York.[1] The marker gives her parents:"Joanna Billings (then unreadable, probably daughter of) Benj & Delilah Church born July 7 1814 died  ? 7, 1867.[2]Her parents are also in the cemetery, The findagrave memorials give: Benjamin Church born 8 May 1777 died 1 May 1848, Monroe County New York[3] and Delilah Morey Church born 18 Oct 1789 died 2 Jan 1861.[4]

Joanna married Charles Billings. There children from the 1850 census[5] and later are:

  • Elizabeth Billings 1840
  • Delia Billings 1842
  • Catherina Billings 1843
  • Martha Billings 1845
  • Hannah Billings 1847.
  • Henry E Billings 1851[6]
