Biography

In 1734, Ebenezer's guardian Stephen Churhell made an agreement with Thomas Spooner regarding his share of ownership in two sloops, Friendship and Speedwell.[1]

In 1745, Ebenezer discharged his guardian, his uncle Thomas Spooner and received his estate.[2]

He married his second wife Patience Faunce on 13 February 1775 in Plymouth.[3]

Probate

Ebenezer Churchill of Plymouth, Yeoman died intestate and on 6 June 1781, his widow, Patience Churchill, and Branch Churchill were granted the administration of his estate.[4]

His inventory was taken on 12 June 1781 in Plymouth.[5]

In 1784, his daughter Bethia was declared unable to care for herself, and his estate was set out to his widow Patience, and his children, the heirs of Ebenezer Churchill, Jr., Branch Churchill, Bethia Churchill, George Churchill, and Mercy Churchill.[6]
