Frank Carpenter was born on April 13, 1898 in Budapest, Pest-Pilis-Solt-Kiskun, Hungary the son of unmarried Antonia Ciesla and allegedly Anthony Harlach (no DNA evidence so far to prove). He was the step-son of Frank Herod who married his mother Antonia and subsequently had six other children [5][6][7][8] He married Catherine Bryzsky on 15 Nov 1922. Chautauqua, New York, USA. [9]
Together they had 3 children:
