We can safely assume Rebecca's first name from the number of daughters born to her children named Rebecca: to Jan 1688), Claes (1699 & 1701), Willem (1703 & 1708).
Rebecca's patronym would most likely have been Claes, although it could have been Willems (taken from the names of her sons). Rebecca is not named in her daughter Grietien's marriage party in 1698 nor in the Vlagtwedde membership lists of 1678 and 1693, so she would have died before 1678. We can safely assume her husband was married again by 1678 - to Aeltje Jans. [1]
