Anna M. "Annie" (Clancy) Nelms was born in 1864 in LaSalle, LaSalle County, Illinois, the daughter of John Clancy (1829-1874) and Catherine "Kate" Melooly/Muloolly/Maloney/Mulvoley (1838-1903).
Anna married William Webster Nelms ( ) on 9 Jan 1889 in Smith County, Texas.[1] Their children were:
Ella Marie (Nelms) Morey (1890–1980)
Horace Nelms (1895–1982)
Robert John Nelms (1900–1986)
Anna C. Nelms died after residing in Manhattan for 2 weeks in 1931 and was buried in Calvary Hill Cemetery and Mausoleum in Dallas, Texas.[2] She was buried in Calvary Cemetery and Mausoleum in Dallas.[3]
