Anna Louise Clapier, known as Louise, was born on 21 September 1911 in Champaign, Champaign, Illinois, United States to Paul Cecil Clapier (1888-1971) and Anna Charlotte Pehrson (c. 1889-1967) as the first of two children.
Sibling
Martha E. Clapier was born on 24 June 1914 in Hopkins County, Kentucky, United States .
Louise lived with the family of Robert's brother Floyd Kerr during WWII while the men were in the United States Marine Corps. They all lived in Los Angeles County, California.
Death and Burial
Louise died on 22 February 1989 in Vinita, Craig, Oklahoma, United States at the age of 84. She was buried in the Ketchum Cemetery, Ketchum, Craig, Oklahoma
