Ann was born in 1841 [1] . She is the daughter of David Clark and Elizabeth Hoare. She married Joseph Price in 1861 [2] She passed away in 1877 age 34 [3] and is Interred at St. John's Cemetery, Edward Street, Wakefield, Tasman
