Frank Millard Clark, 66, of 220 W Jefferson St, Macomb, died Sunday morning at McDonough District Hospital following a lengthy illness. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Dodsworth-Piper-Wallen Chapel. The Rev Orville Bear will officiate and burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
Mr. Clark was born Feb 15, 1901 in Macomb, the son of William and Lucy E Sweasy Clark. He had been a route salesman for Coca Cola Bottling Company for 24 years. Prior to that he was employed at the Iowa Ordinance Plant and groomed show horses. He was a veteran of World War II, was a member of the Macomb Masonic Lodge and the (unreadable).
He married Maxine Stump on September 21, 1940. She survives. Also surviving are a daughter,
a granddaughter, one brother, Harrison Clark of Macomb, and four sisters, Mrs Myrtle Lee White of Lafayette, Ind, Mrs Mabel Owen and Mrs Susie Robinson, both of Macomb and Mrs Cecilia Hainline of Kewanee. One sister, Mrs Ollie Pointer, is deceased.
