Biography

Bill was named Billie Gene Clark on his birth certificate August 7, 1934, in Vincennes, Knox County, Indiana, USA. He was the son of teen parents Ralph Clark and LaVera Daily.^[1] LaVera married Norris Eugene "Gene" Groomer and Bill's family name was changed.^[2]

Bill served in the US Navy aboard the USS Independence.^[3]

Bill died on 27 January 1985.^[4][5]
