Charles Clark was born in Kentucky.
Charles was born in 1836 in Kentucky to the parents of Simeon Clark and Mary Ann Mattingly. In 1862 he married Sarah Josephine Rhodes Clark. Charles died in 1887 in Meade County Kentucky.
