Biography

John Clark was born in December of 1750 in Hopkinton, Massachusetts.[1] He was the son of Capt. John Clark (1730-1816) and Elizabeth (Norcross) Clark (1730-).[1]

John married Jerusha (Andrews) Clark (1748-aft.1810), of Hopkinton on the 4th of August 1770.[2] They settled in Hubbardston, Massachusetts where they raised thirteen children.[3][4][5]

John served during the Revolutionary War, possibly under Col. William Shephard, of the 4th Massachusetts Regiment from January 1, 1777 to June 1, 1880. [20]

John passed away the 21st April 1810 in Hubbardston, Massachusetts at the age of sixty. [21] He is believe to be buried in Parish Cemetery.[21]
