Elijah Joseph Clark was born 20 July 1841 in Eatonville, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Joseph Elijah Clark. He married Polly Miranda Robarts. After she died, he married Mary Elizabeth LaPoint. He died 15 April 1911 in Star Prairie, Wisconsin.
