Biography

Nathaniel was a son of William and Sarah Clarke. He was born in Dorchester Jan 27, 1642. His family moved to the wilderness of Northampton in 1659 when he was 17. He married Mary Meekins (1645-1704) in Northampton on May 6, 1663. They had two daughters, Mary and Sarah. He died at age 27.

Although buried in the Bridge Street Cemetery, his stone no longer exists. The oldest surviving stone is from 1685.
