Lafayette W. Clark was born 2 November 1825 in Hopkins County, Kentucky. [1][2]His middle name might be Washington.[2] He was the son of John Clark and Elizabeth Henson. [citation needed].
He was married 24 April 1847 in Hopkins County, Kentucky to Louisa [Elizabeth] Josaphine Kirkwood. [3]
In the 1850 U.S. Census, Lafayette Clark was recorded as 25-years old living in Hopkins County, Kentucky with wife Josephine, and children, Theodore W and Walker Clark.[1]
He died 4 October 1890 and was buried at Silent Run Cemetery, Rabbit Ridge, Hopkins County, Kentucky.[2]
