Biography

Thomas Clark was born ye 17th day of March 1709.^[1] Christening on 16 May 1709 in First Congregational Church, Preston, Connecticut.

1) Thomas Clark junr of Norwich & Sarah Woodward of Preston were Joyned In Marriage Decemnr 18th A D 1735 by me Hezekiah Lord Clerk.^[2]

Thomas Clark junr of Norwich and Lydia Rude were married Together on y 16th Day of July 1750.

Mr. Thomas Clark Died May 1, 1764.^[3]

Probate

His will is dated 9 April 1764 and proved on 28 May 1764 in Norwich. He mentions his wife Lydia, his sons, Phineas (eldest), Thomas, Joseph, Petaliah, and Jedediah, and his daughters, Lydia, Mary, Thankful, Elizabeth, Desire, and Sarah. His inventory was completed on 29 May 1764 in Norwich.^[4]
