On this 6th day of September AD 1865 ... Bridget Lynch a resident of Michigan city in the County of LaPorte and State of Indiana aged 33 years ... she is the widow of Owen Lynch who was a private in Company (D) ... in the 48th Regiment of Indiana Volunteers ... who was killed on the 3d day of June 1865 by reason of a Rail Road accident ... she was married to the said Owen Lynch on the 3d day of June AD 1846 at Anniskeen County Cavan Ireland by the Rev Father Patrick Duff a Catholic Priest ...^[1]
