Thomas was born on 29 December 1864 in Harworth, Notts, England. He was the son of William Clarke and Sarah (Tomlinson) Clarke [1].
Thomas died at the age of 61 on 14 October 1926 in Geldeston, Norfolk. He was buried on 17-Oct-1926 in Scrooby, Notts
