William was born Feb 11, 1611/2 and baptized Feb 16, 1611/12 in Westhorpe, England.
He was the only member of the family who remained in England.
Moriarty places his death as 15 March 1682, but this may be confused with a different William Clarke.

Please help, my cousin sent me information that shows William Clark (son of Thomas Clark & Rose Kerrich) as parents of Elizabeth Clark - I have entered a William Clark (Clark-34967) who will need to be merged with either this William Clarke (Clarke-47), or Clark-1039
