Biography
Esther Clayton was born in 1831 in Coventry, Warwickshire, her father, Thomas, was 32, and her mother, Eliza, was 27. She married Reuben Briggs on 7 March 1850 in Portsea, Hampshire. They had ten children in 31 years. She died in 1871 at the age of 40

Claydon-61 and Clayton-2335 appear to represent the same person because: Esther was born Claydon but used the surname Clayton. She appears living with her parents in 1851 with the surname Briggs and her daughter Eliza Sophia Briggs is living with them. She married Reuben in 1850. One profile has Esther with her parents, the other Esther with her husband and children. They are both the same person.
