Philip Samuel Clayton, son of Thomas Clayton and Sarah Cunningham, was born 3 May 1815 at Culpeper, Culpeper County, Virginia, USA.[1]

He married Jane Edwards McQue[1]

Philip died on 13 June 1882 at Muskingum County, Ohio. His memorial has links to those of family members.[1]

Philip was born in 1815. He passed away about 1889.

Clayton-4929 and Clayton-2779 appear to represent the same person because: I was trying to link father forCLayton 4928 and it said create father . I didn't realize it had given Philip number ! it definately is my Great Great Grandfather.
