Jane (Clayton) Hart was born in 1723 in Cumberland County, Colony of Pennsylvania.
Jane died in 1790 in Bedford County, Pennsylvania, United States, aged 66. She was buried in Tonoloway Primitive Baptist Church and Cemetery, Warfordsburg, Fulton County, Pennsylvania.[1] [2]
Jane married William Hart (born in 1717 in Hopewell Township, Cumberland, Pennsylvania; son of William Hart) in 1758 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Their known children were:
- John Hart (1763–1822)
- Benjamin J Hart Sr (1769–1855)
