Biography
A Delayed Birth Certificate was filed in Stanly County, North Carolina, naming Harris Gilliam Clayton as the father of James Otto Clayton born in 1888.[1]
Otto Clayton, son of Gillam Clayton and Lavinia Clayton, married Annie Parker, 19 year old daughter of Oscar Parker and Jennie Parker, on 6 May 1908 at Albemarle, Stanly County, North Carolina.[2]
