Death Notice: INJURIES PROVE FATAL. MOTOR-BUS COLLISION. Serious internal injuries received in a motor-bus collision at Devonport last Friday resulted in the death of Mr. Frederick Charles Cleal last evening. Mr. Cleal was the driver of one of the three buses involved in the accident. Mr. Cleal, who was a married man, aged 54, with four children, resided at 12, Dominion Road, Devonport, Some time ago he was the proprietor of a hairdressing establishment in the city, but he started running buses at Devonport about five or six years ago.[5]
