William probably married more than once, the DAR lists wife as Charlotte. An ancestry tree lists Susanna Westfall and their marriage as 28 June 1790 in Kentucky, attached is a document showing Susanna`s father Daniel Westfall giving his permission. It states 500 pounds to be paid to the Gov. of Virginia Bevely (or Burley) Randolph Esq.(spelling not so easy to read in handwritten document). Ref. Original data:Marriage Records. Kentucky Marriages. Madison County Courthouse, Richmond, Kentucky.

This tree lists many children born to Susanna - https://www.ancestry.com/family-tree/person/tree/176473133/person/192294888236/facts

Cleaver-832 and Cleaver-80 appear to represent the same person because: These two profiles have the same father. They appear not to be brothers, but the same person. Please merge.
