Biography
Patrick was born 7 November 1790 at the Forks of Cheat in Monongalia County, Virginia.[1] He was the son of James Clelland and Ann Pierpoint.
He married Priscilla Nichols on 2 April 1807, possibly in Fayette County, Pennsylvania.[2]
Patrick died on 5 February 1846 in Barrackville, Marion County, Virginia, and he is buried there in the Clelland Cemetery.[3]
