Henry was baptised on 4 January 1818 at St Giles Church.
He worked as an Agricultural Labourer.
At the 1851 and 1861 census he was living at 5 High Bullen with his widowed mother who was still operating a farm of 20 acres. His siblings, Mary 37 and Fanny 24 also living at home were employed as Domestic Servants.
Henry never married.
Henry Clemens was 49 when he died in 1868. His death was register in the Jan/Mar Quarter at Torrington.
