Biography
Stephen Clemens was born in 1813 in England, United Kingdom, son of Stephen Clemens (~1783 - 1853) and Mary (Richards) Clemens (1787 - 1857). When Stephen Clemens was born in 1813 in England, his father, Stephen, was 30 and his mother, Mary Richards, was 26.
