Biography

Virginia was born in 1928.^[1] She was the daughter of Clarence Clement and Rebecca Miller. She is listed with her parents on the 1930 Census^[2] and the 1940 Census.^[3] She passed away in 2013.^[4]

Virginia Dulaney, 85, went to be with the Lord, June 24, 2013.

Virginia was born June 2, 1928 in Des Moines and was a lifelong resident until 2011 when she joined her daughter Karen in Kenosha, WI.

Virginia was preceded in death by her husband Joe, son John, sisters Myrtle Thompson and Beverly Barnes.

She is survived by her daughter Karen Dulaney, brother Clem Clement and sister Mary Marshall.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 6, 2013 at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery, located at One NE 60th Ave., Des Moines, IA 50313.
