Clement-2357 and Clemons-398 appear to represent the same person because: dups with same parents and same siblings

Clemmons Smith-1 and Clemons-398 appear to represent the same person because: Last name at birth was Clemmons. Her married name was Smith. Same dates and places, same mother, same siblings. The LNAB of Clemmons-Smith should be merged away.
Last name at birth needs correcting. Smith was her married name.
Clemons-648 and Clemons-398 do not represent the same person because: different parents.
