Biography

In 1862 he received a non-foundation scholarship in science from the Trinity College in Dublin[1]

In 1863 he was awarded a first class honours in mathematics from Trinity College, Dublin. He was nephew of the Right Honorable Baron Deasy and son of John William Clerke esq. who had managed a branch of the Union Bank of Ireland[2]

In 1881 his occupation was "Barrister"[3]

At the time of the 1891 census he was living with his 72 year old mother in Kensington[4]

In the 31 Mar 1901 census he was living in Kensingston with his two sisters[5]

The 1911 census gives him living in Kensington, London, England[6]

He died around Oct-Nov-Dec 1923[7]
