Biography

http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Clezie_Name_Study

He was born about 1707. At the time of his daughter's marriage - about 1735 - his occupation was "fourbisseur privilégié du Roy", that is, someone who repaired and maintained the royal armaments.

There is confusion in the records: his name is shown in some places as Pierre and other places as Claude! Which was it? Or maybe he had a double name - Pierre Claude or Claude Pierre - as many French people had during this period? [1]
